Unless you're the muscle down under the boards, you don't want that muscle. You want to work light weights to stay lean and get fast twitch muscles. The power muscles are big and bulky, weight you down, slow you down and consume all your stamina. #justmadeitup

Probably explains why D-Wade doesn't have a consistent outside shot... He out there trying to get the body builder physique and doesn't get consistent muscle memory
