almightym80To anyone that requested evidence & additional information on the Holy Toledo Productions, LLC sale, this is for you.

1. Ras Kass, someone whose name is NOT reflected on my December sale recently called me out to say I am illegally selling used verses, etc.

2. The sale (flyer can be found on my page) states that CUSTOM EXCLUSIVE VERSES & LICENSES are both available. An exclusive is something done for the buyer fresh and only for that buyer and a license is something pre-recorded that can be used multiple times by different parties. Typically EDM DJs, Dub step labels, rappers working on mixtapes, will reach out for licenses as it is often more suitable to their budget.

3. Out of the 100+ artists available for the December sale, some are available for both Exclusives and Licenses and some just EXCLUSIVES. This is determined by the client.

4. This picture is an example of an owership doc signed by John Austin aka Ras Kass to myself at Holy Toledo Productions whereby I compensated him for work and I retain all the rights to his vocals herein including the right to LICENSE and ASSIGN to 3rd parties and to INDEMNIFY myself and my company as ARTIST hereby understands all his rights.

5. Any track I would broker a LICENSE for I have the requisite signoff for from either the originalcopyright holder, rights owner, label or artist. I keep them all in a safe binder and backed up on a hard drive for records.

6. The majority of verse brokerages in Hip-Hop are for CUSTOM EXCLUSIVE tracks whereby the buyer provides the artist with the beat, theme, shout outs on the track, etc. Sometimes when a customer wants an artist out of their budget we recommend a LICENSE to accommodate them and while every now and again we may receive a complaint, I always conduct my business professionally and legally.

I think Ras is still mad over the whole HRSMN ordeal that transpire with Him, M-80 and Canibus. With Ras wanting Vinnie Paz Of Jedi Mind Tricks to be in the group instead of 'Bis. OAN I would be hesistant to work with M-80. I mean one has to start looking at it two people Ras and before that it was a situation with C-Rayz Walz threatening to break his jaw on FB for 86ing a couple of his suppose verses that were suppose to be on the Almighty 2 album.
