My daughters have the EH5300 which is the same exact TV but with smart features

Its a OK tv.If you've had or have a better TV the picture on this does look a little disappointing

Overall I give the TV a 4.8/10(took away a point because of no smart features)

And this TV isn't regularly $650

Amazon has had the Smart version for $400-$450 since September

Its $438 right now

I would cancel that other one and get the Smart version if I was you

So Samsung TV's are what they're made out to be then?, need a new TV considering buying one, but unsure of the hype around them

They are the real deal. When I first got mine, I had a little problem though. After a month, it started getting lines across the top of the screen. Best Buy wouldn't replace it, wanted to send out their Geek Squad. Just called Samsung instead, and the replaced the screen. Been flossin' ever since with no problems.
