I’m not really sure about the whole state but I do know that Tacoma’s Black population is much higher then Seattle’s.

Tacoma is blacker than Seattle but because Seattle is so much larger, it has 2½ times more blacks in real population...

Everyone I know who has lived there loves it too. Know two girls who have both been out there for at least 7 years, and they both love it. I'm not sure there us quite enough blacks there for me to feel comfortable but I wouldnt mind visiting...

Tacoma is cool. More of a black feeling city than Seattle. Very big too. If a major act isn’t performing in Seattle they will be at the Tacoma Dome.

I heard rent is going up tho with people moving there. Thought about moving there but the morning commute is easily an hour+ to downtown Seattle.

I don't know where/ how/ when the agenda got produced
