I went to school in Hampton and probably spent about six years of my late teens and early twenties in the area. Most fun place I ever lived in my life even though to be fair I'm sure some of that had to do with my age range at the time.

AI and Sweetpea yes but Chris Brown is about 2 hrs north of the 7 cities

Were we doing metro areas? Cuz most of the cities done have huge metro areas. I think even LA and Compton got separated and that's maybe the largest or second largest metro area in the country. All I know about Virginia is that there's that area and I think Richmond is more towards the middle of the state. Oh and the DMV is at the northern part of the state.
