It's common, but I don't believe anything Ray J says.
It's a societal blindspot: People are uneasy and more on guard with men around children and the female predators slip through with no problem. Compound that with how men/boys are raised, it's then either not reported, disbelieved, or made light of.

he said if she dumb enough to fukk with a 10-11 yr old she is dumb enough to pay u ...so make her pay u ... u dont have brothers n sisters.. so u can get it by any means...
so next time it happen... i was like $30...she said ok.. she was gettin paid 80 bucks from my parents...
went on for a lonnnnnnng as time...then her friends started comin over ..plus sleep overs.. etc... my parents was always goin to concerts and other shyt ...n come home the next day...
..my young ass was servin n gettin paid...
uncle came thru one day.. he said wha it do bout that situation...
told em come to my room...had a 77 firebird model car...where i kept my money... i lifted the top of it ...nikka fell out laughin...he said what u gone do with all that....lol...shid get a dirt bike ..kdx200...
