Beverly Hills PD responded to a disturbance at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel's bar involving Ray J. Hotel management asked Ray J to leave, in which he refused so cops cuffed him and took him into custody. Once in the back of the squad car he allegedly kicked out a window of the vehicle. He also allegedly spit on an officer during the arrest.
Sources say Ray J was booked for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery (battery for spitting on the officer).
