It doesn't matter what religion it is. It's battle rap, get that religious stuff outta here. Same thing goes for religious music. Listen to Malice newest album since he's a "man of God" now... it's horrible.
Battle rap isn't about those ideals. The two things shouldn't mix. Keep that old school preachy shyt out of battle rap.

Nah, music is a different story and a whole other discussion. I see what you're sayin' because I was having a conversation with someone who was a marketed as a gospel rap artist but really wasn't at one point.
I hate saying "keep that same energy" or whatever but if this is the case where all of the fans want to jump on the while bandwagon talking down on christian rappers getting the ring...hope y'all feel the same way if someone is muslim, buddhist, or whatever. Just sayin'.
But those guys don’t even exist at all, at least not on this level.

Not saying it will or won't happen but I do think its an interesting topic because as of late, attacking the christian battle rappers and saying they do not belong now is more of a growing consensus. I won't lie, I felt like that somewhat but to the degree of how people are treating it and responding to it. And then again, I think A Ward is dope and I am one of the very few people on here who likes Loso (not that he is the next coming of whoever but I don't mind him). I pose it because if it shifts when you got more battler rappers who have strong faith in their religious beliefs that may be non-christian, are we treating them the same way is what I am asking.
Then why battle rap in the first place? And no one said they had to preach. But going against the word you so call follow for some kudos from a group lost nikkas is pretty pathetic. On top of that Loso is tatted up like a cholo. This nikka look a coloring book. He's a hypocrite.
