The mere fact these two brothers are alive let me know the cops must have instigated it. The laws look for reasons to put hot ones in a nikka. I'm going to sit back and wait for the real to come out.

The Truth
I need to hear the cooks side too...

Also, witnesses (since the owner intervened). If these 2 nikkas just went to jail for beating up two Feds (that they probably thought were regular citizens) then :camby:

And even still, you can't say what you got to say and walk away? If you're physically provoked then bust they ass, if not you're retarded:manny:

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. -
Police are investigating a police-involved shooting in northwest Miami-Dade County.

The incident began at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday inside of a convenience store at 1005 Northwest 79th Street when a dispute ensued between four armed people at the business. Police said a concerned citizen called 911 believing a robbery was imminent.

A uniformed patrol sergeant arrived at the store and saw an armed man at the door with a handgun in his waistband. After a brief physical altercation with the sergeant, the armed man was able to flee with an accomplice in a silver Ford Fusion, police said.

The Ford was found by responding detectives. Police said a pursuit ensued and as the men fled. They fired on a detective, striking his vehicle.

As the fleeing men attempted to cross the intersection at Northwest 95th Street and 24th Avenue, they were involved in a traffic crash, police said.

The two men fled on foot and the driver was arrested. Police said the passenger was arrested several blocks north of the crash in the 2300 block of Northwest 98th Street.

During the incident, detectives returned fire, but did not strike either of the men, police said.

The investigation revealed that during the original dispute, one of the men that fled in the vehicle snatched a chain from around the neck of one of the other men.

The four men involved and arrested have been identified by Miami police as Bienvenido Valera, 34; Theodist Grimes, 26; Antonio Jones, 25; and Wendell Clark, 24.
