Apologize in advance for Slap thread # 735267 but I noticed Tiffany Haddish has been going hard for Will Smith in the media. I know She’s close to the Smith family but it made me question whether she had issues with Chris. That’s when stumbled on this.

Chris Rock Knows the Real Reason Why Tiffany Haddish Cut Her Hair

Dave Chappelle welcomed tons of comedians to his live “Chappelle Summer Camp” shows in Yellow Springs, Ohio, over the summer for what we can only assume is some kind of Netflix special or series. The fun unfortunately came to an end last Friday, September 25, when local news reported that all of the upcoming shows had been canceled due to “a possible exposure” of COVID-19 within Chappelle’s “inner circle.” (It’s unclear yet who, or how many people, may have been infected.) Whether or not Chappelle and his team took enough precautions to prevent it is obviously up for debate now, but what’s not up for debate is whether or not they took enough drugs. Sounds like that part was covered well, if Chris Rock’s chat with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen Show is any indication.

“I was trying to be nice ’cause your show’s on in the daytime, but we do lots of drugs. Not the hard stuff. We’re like before coke. There’s a lot of weed — there’s way more weed than anyone should ever have — and there’s a lot of before explaining that Chappelle hired a “weed/mushroom chef” who prepared “amazing meals” with both drugs in them for Chappelle and his guests and crew. Unexpectedly, this led to Rock revealing the real reason, allegedly, that Tiffany Haddish cut off all her hair in July. “Tiffany Haddish drank the mushroom tea and cut her hair the next day,” Rock said with a laugh. “I know she likes to act like, ‘Oooh, Common told me he loved me with no hair.’ No no, it was the mushroom tea talking.” When DeGeneres asked Rock if all of the comedians at the shows were partaking in the tea, he responded with pretty solid advice for anyone looking to give mushroom tea a shot right now: “We’re in a cornfield in a pandemic, what do you got to lose? What are you waiting for?”

At first I felt like women were overreacting to That corny GI Jane joke but Looks like this a pattern for Chris.

Yall do remember Tiffany is a comedian right? No way shes upset about that joke.

she’s probably not upset about the joke, but that’s not the point. You think she’s upset Chris Rock told the media she cut her hair off after drinking mushroom tea?

The question is, Is she petty/vindictive enough to support Will To spite Chris?

Above the fray.
OP, no. Despite her reputation for being borderline buffoonish with her comedy, Haddish is aware of lines to not cross in comedy. She simply thought that Rock crossed the line with the pattern of jokes about Jada. Who was the co-star and probably co-executive producer of Haddish's breakthrough project, Girl's Trip.

There's a clip of Haddish in an all white setting (comedians + audience) where the comics start making offhand Michael Jackson jokes. She simply got up and walked out, instead of staying there and co-signing the bullshyt.

She capes for Will/Jada because Tiffany was in that girls road trip movie with Jada, Regina Hall, Queen Latifah, Larenz Tate etc.

Jada and Tiffany became good friends and they hung out with Will when he'd visit the set. That's her homegirl so I get why she's defending her. Jada grew up sorta hood and Tiff definitely grew the same way so they can relate.

Tiff just gotta walk a fine line because she's still a comedian first and in that game, Christopher Julius Rock carries as much clout as anyone.

Tiffany didn’t know what was going on after that dumb white girl called her wardrobe a costume :russ::russ: ..All Tiffany wanted to do was fight after that..She lucky Tiffany didn’t smack her
The reporter used the right word.

A lot of people say ‘costume’ when it’s more than one change of clothing for an event.
