unless u straight up hitting on my girl or ignoring me cuz ur too scared to come over to the table judging by my appearance I'm leaving 20 % . every server i know says cacs tip the best. but to each his own
I do the same, as a matter of fact I have picked up a habit of over tipping. I'm trying to get out of that. I'm being brutally honest with myself, I built up that habit by internalizing the stereotype that we don't tip. So, it's like, "hey, watch this". It's one of those things I'm working on as a human being tho, got to stop doing that.
I don't tip. I honestly don't see the reason why I should unless the service was absolutely outstanding. And then I'd give no more than 10%.. It's not a financial situation, it's principle. I should be MOVED to pay YOU directly what you should be expecting your establishment to be paying you. Some people do it automatically and that shyt I just don't understand. It's a privilege to be tipped, not a right.
I only tip when there is exceptional service. I only really tip at Mandarin and at Wild Wings. Asians making me feel special and that booty meat i can look at and eat
20% minimum. It's not the server's fault that tipping is a ultimately ridiculous concept to be automatic for their job, so I choose not to be a dikk by stiffing the person who literally can do the least about that.
If they suck that percentage will lower and if they're good or I'm in a good mood, it can be more.
Between 10-15%I worked as a waiter for a week and it sucked, but even if they'd have tipped me a ton I still wouldn't have done it longer than that, it's a crap job. You shouldn't be an adult waiting tables as a primary source if income, bytching about an extra $5 off a table.
