real talk i have respect for people who work/worked with customer service

I dont even serve nikkas food or anything like that i work in IT support but goddamn shyt can get miserable.
Now that i've worked in customer service i've realized some people are fukking stupid people will fukking call in for support on shyt they have instructions right in front of them. The worst thing is the people im supporting aren't even dumb people these are people who are engineers ect but are still dumb as rocks.

Another thing is people are so fukking demanding they thing just because they are customers they have every right or some shyt they will talk down on you while bytching and complaining about shyt you have no power over. customer service

Everyone should work in a restaurant once in their lives, just so you can understand what dealing with bullshyt really is.

And just so yall know, if your food takes longer than usual to come out, or if there's a mistake in the order...chances are it's the fault of the kitchen...not really the waiter/waitress.
But unfortunately, they're the ones who get penalized with your bullshyt $2 tips because they're the face of the restaurant.

BOA as Credit Analyst- 6.5 years (nothing worst entitled people fussing about their money or lack of)
Small firm as Financial Advisor- 2 years (same as BOA)
PNC as Financial Consultant- 6 months (same as BOA)
State Contractor- 6 years (dealing with dikkhead government folks who look down their noses at you)
Federal Contractor- 1 year (same as St Ctr, probably worst tho)

Some of these overlapped so I had to deal with double "fukkheads" in a day.

Have built a well-reinforced thick skin and even thicker lack of empathy for the most part. It's sad.

You get to learn alot about whatever field you're providing service for....but I don't miss the consumers. That on-hands education though...

Customer Service for banks...? The consumers? Yuk. The inside knowledge on the games banks run? Priceless. Straight troll status on you unless you make the big bucks.
