A couple years ago it was my first year in college

I didn't know anyone and was totally alone and my academic life suffered as much as my social life

I kept telling myself I'm gonna change, I'm gonna be different, by this time next year I'm gonna be a savage with the women, have good grades, and have lots of friends

The problem is I kept thinking about the future and never put in the work in the present:wow: :ufdup:that's why 3 years later I'm still the same person I was back then:mjcry:

Take my advice younger brehs and don't just think about what you want to do or be, actually work towards it everyday and you'll be straight:salute:

Tommorow isn't promised.

There's nothing more true than that statement.

Living your life in the moment is fine when you have no children.
but if you're a man saying this shyt and justifying THAT with not having a relationship with your seeds...you are a piece of shyt.

A veteran gave me this analogy that I still use to this day. He said:

Life is like driving on a highway. You're constantly looking in front of you to drive. But you gotta scan the horizon to see things ahead. Occasionally you check your rear view.

But most of the time you've got to pay attention to what's right in front of you.
