Oh no doubt I'm would not say that Grand Puba wasn't nice. He had shyt on smash and had some dope verses on Brand Nubian tracks and his solos were hype.

I remember this and the remix got much play my 6th grade year...yeah, I'm young LOL. I was into brand nubian when I was like 12...it wasn't until I was in high school when "The Foundation" came out that I got into them.

Lump lump was that shyt. I'd say they're tied. Puba was smoother with his flow, but X had a certain charismatic presence that made you look forward to his verses. Foundation is a sleeper, IMO.

to me, it was Sadat voice and unorthodox flow, that set him a apart... Puba was the nicest to me, and Lord Jamar was more raw with it...
