Fantastic video, some real eye opening stuff that makes up daily Chicago. My thoughts go to that family, been through so rough shyt.
It's rough in these streets, young brothers and sister lose the game before they even get a chance to learn the rules. But til this day I let my folks know how truly greatful I am. Having a good support system can be the difference between life and death here.
To have people who actually tell you "no you can't hang out with so and so over there" or making sure your ass is home before dark really makes a difference. I use to stay salty wondering why my people didn't let me have fun like the other neighborhood kids but as a young man now it's clear as day and I couldn't be more grateful.
