Then when his career was on the fence in the late 90s, he reunites with Dre on 2001 and is a star again. reinvents with The Neptunes, drops Drop it Like its Hot, and goes multi-platinum again.
Last year, he reinvented himself again and did the whole Snoop Lion thing
All the while he has become an internationally recognized pothead who's a figurehead of marijuana culture.

Snoop turned into a caricature. He's an embarrassment at this point.

He's literally been famous since before he was legally allowed to drink.
He's probably the most loved hip hop artist of all time.

Snoop used to be that dude and everything he did was untouchable. Even the whole dizzle - shizzle thing he used to do was cool as fukk at one point in time. Then he eventually became played out and then corny...I think around the time Beautiful dropped. That was such a garbage ass song for Snoop yet I remember everyone praising him for it. That killed his whole image and paved the way to more bullshyt like Sexual Eruption. Once you cross that line once there is no coming back. But he's old now, so w/e. Nobody is expecting anymore classics.
