Inquiring minds want to know how much has changed over the past 2 years
I'm cool with my 9-5 and side hustles and have no plans on switching fields, but I've followed both markets for the past 5 years and it seems like everybody and their momma is still trying to be a realtor. Either people are struggling or eating with multiple closings every month.
Then on the car market side I hear people with little or no sales experience making 6-10k a month preselling cars due to the shortages. Doesn't see like its coming to an end this year either.
