Couple of non-WWE ones that are worth watching, if you haven't seen them:

The Fit Finlays

When Wrestling Was Golden: Grapples, Grunts and Grannies

The Wrestlers: Fighting with my Family (with Paige from NXT) and Memphis Heat: The True Story of Memphis Wrasslin' are good too.

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
If you liked The Rise and Fall of ECW, then I would recommend Forever Hardcore. It's a documentary on ECW and you hear from a lot of players who weren't on the Rise and Fall of ECW DVD (Terry Funk, Raven, New Jack, Francine, Shane Douglas, etc.)

Willacoochee, Ga
The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior.

The Benoit one is interesting in retrospect. it dropped when he was the WHC.

The Eddie Guerrero doc is good as well.

Mr. Perfect's

anything with HBGoat in it.

Near Philly
-Greatest Rivalries:Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart

-Undertaker This Is My Yard

-History of the WWE (This is only worth watching once they get to the Attitude Era Part, after that the rest of the doc is nothing worth seeing).

Rise n Fall of ECW was one of the first WWE docs created and still hasn't had anything close to passing up its titile as GOAT wrestling Documentary DVD ever made
