I think the trick is just do the best you can and try to limit ultra processed foods as much as possible.
Yep. I’ve just been focusing on a whole foods diet and it’s the best thing for our bodies. I feel so light after every meal 👌🏾

Look it up,melanin works as a protective agent. Harmful chemicals,toxins and metals bind to your melanin. Then it releases those toxins slowly in less harmful doses. The downside is these toxins and chemicals have an affinity for the melanin. So long term exposure can create a buildup in important parts of the body.


But this just tells you that you need to be aware of overexposing your body to bullshyt. The best you csn probably do at the moment is make sure your melanin production is at its most optimal. And give your melanin some turn around time to work instead constsntly shoveling bullshyt down your jowl:respect:

It’s not only food that’s bad, phones have radiation in it. Using a microwave also isn’t healthy either. Most you can do is keep active by exercising and try to eat healthy. Everything in moderation won’t hurt.
