When you take it the next day it potentially could and the “speed” could mask the hangover effects.
However, drinking on that will fukkkkk you up. You already are dehydrated by drinking and you pretty much double up on the dehydration cause Adderall does the same thing. You gonna have a time of your life but the next morning.
Give me a dry martini any day of the week
