Yes. Franklin Richards has always been an Omega level mutant. It's only a few of them (Magneto, Jean Grey/Phoenix, and oddly enough, Iceman), and Franklin Richards has been making pocket universes since about 5 I want to say. Hell, he had Galactus as a pet for a bit as an adult.

Yes. Professor X placed mental blocks on him (same reason as he did Jean Grey), not because they were unstable, but their powers were, in the sense that until you're an adult, your emotions swing wildly and if you're a normal child you throw a tantrum, in their cases they may blow up the world or some shyt.

If you havent read Hickman's run with the Fantastic Four give it a read. it's one of the best comic stories I've ever read and fully shows what Franklin is capable of.

Not to get at you but I haven't read an issues where mental blocks are placed on Franklin, you're right about Jean tho.

Re Franklin and his powers, he's far more powerful than all omega level mutants and is on par or jst under the abstracts (Eternity Chaos & Order, Living Tribunal)
I can't find the website but someone came up with this plausible detailed theory about how everything i the Marvel universe as we know is just a figment of Franklin the child's imagination

Edit: found it, Franklin Richards controls the Marvel Universe , it's long but if you're of fan it reads easily.

Agreed, Hickman hit a homerun with it.

He actually falls above them since every universe contains them, and being able to create universes means he can create them as well. Technically he falls right below The One Above All, aka God.

In Hickman's run they (the abstracts) make reference to Franklin as someone of potential equal power. Nothing in Canon suggests he's actually stronger than LT and like

If the universes he creates have everyone from LT on down in them, then he can create and subsequently destroy the LT, which would make him stronger. The only 2 beings that are the same in the multiverse is Molecule Man or The One Above All.

He's always been a broken character to me, and the Hickman run kinda concealed it, but it came off like the Superman problem basically.
Well im sure theyll use some villain to take over the character who will then use his power for his own ends . Then theyll use that to nerf the character as a solution
