"Don’t confuse being “comfortable” for being “in love.”
Some of you are in a relationship because you are “in love” and some of you are in a relationship simply because you are “comfortable” in it and afraid of change. Remember, just because you are comfortable, doesn’t mean you‘re in love. How to tell the difference? Ask yourself this question, “Why am I here?” If you have no answer or you have to justify your answer through logic and not emotion, then that’s comfort. If you’re there because of love, you’ll know because your answer will be an emotional one and just thinking about the answer will cause you to smile.

So I met a girl who is reading this book(for women, even though the author says it's for both men and women, but after you read his LOGIC you'll see it's for women) and I decided to look it up....and now I'm kind of disappointed and a little disturbed.

This wreaks of snake oil salesmanship. Granted I could be taking this out of context seeing as I have not read this book of quotes, but it just smells like more of the Steve Harvey, Michael Baisden snake oil salesmenship.
