No for 2 reasons

1.)because it's a PlayStation
2.) PS4pro's are known for being very loud, so getting a refurbished one increases your chances at having a loud system. Tell them to throw in some noise canceling headphones and you'll think about it

Never get a used console. I had a used PS4 and it shut off during gameplay, bought the Limited Edition PS4 Slim 1TB and not looking back
