He was, however, better than Shaq when he was sonning Duncan's Spurs in those(2001-04) series.:sas1: Pleasant memories, huh, Malta?

Well, I think that had a little something to do with there being a dearth of quality big men in the league that year vs there being plethora of great point guards. Parker had tougher competiton at his position than Duncan in 2013.

When Shaq and Penny played together, Penny always made 1st team All-NBA while Shaq was either on the 2nd or 3rd team. Doesn't mean Penny was better than Shaq, it just means Shaq faced tougher competition at his position.

You Kobe stans and your contradiction I swear to me!!! OK Kobe did go off against the Spurs instead of Shaq. Just like you said about Penny not being better because of the level of competetion holds the same candle to Bryant. Shaq had to battle Duncan and Robinson while Kobe for those years had to go up against the likes of (wait for it) Sean Elliot, Derek Anderson, and Terry Porter guarding him. :stopitslime: Bruce Bowen and Manu came at the time of their third title. Let's put this into broader perspective. The secnd best SG in the West after Kobe was Doug Christie, let that sink in

I didn't argue that. I just pretty much repeated a well-known fact at the time that Danny Green would have won Finals MVP if that series ended in six games.

Well you thought wrong. At best, Kobe was Shaq's co-captain, but he wasn't better than him from 2000-02.

You're starting to sound mighty desperate grasping to this 2013 All-NBA selection for dear life. Duncan wasn't better than Parker that year. Stop revising history.
