I Stan for both Kobe and Jordan equally. I admitted that jordan is better, and has accomplished more. But anyone who thinks he's twice as good as Kobe is crazy, numbers say otherwise. Jordan is better, but it isn't so much that there's this large gap that some people think.
When you start talking bout efficiency and such, Jordan is around 49-50%, Kobe is around 45-46%(not this year, talking primes) that's about 1-2 more missed shots a game for Kobe. Then consider that Kobe has made three times as much 3s than Jordan has even attempted you'd see why there's a efficiency drop off.
At the end of the day, nikkas don't want to admit it, but prime kobe and Jordan are interchangeable, put Kobe in the 90s where people like Craig Ehlo, Mark price, John Starks where the premiere defenders and he'd torch them, every night.
Put Jordan in today's league and he'd dominate, he'd eat today's defenses.
And that's the way I look at these two.
