That wasnt his worst day:camby:

ONE of Michael Jordan's worst days was against the Heat in 97 and he went 9-35 FG (25.7% FG) with only 1 assist (http://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/199705260MIA.html).....and you're telling me THAT was 10x better than Kobe's 81 point game:usure:

:childplease:

If yall gonna hate, hate using truth....dont just blindly hate:snoop:
Physically that was his worst day. Fact. The question posed was who was tougher to guard. So, yes that was his worst day:

sick, 34 years old, dehydrated, 6lbs lighter than the day before with no energy

Vs.

27 year old, 100% healthy kobe whose fans admit he takes 3-5 stupid shots a game and doesn't have the highest bball iq.

Of course the idiot who takes stupid shots and isn't as fast, strong or smart as Jordan is easier to guard. Sick Jordan at 60% is harder to guard than any version of Kobe who shoots his teams out of games.

And 27 year old Kobe averaged 35 ppg including 2 seperate months that season averaging OVER 40 ppg, and scored 62 points in 3 quarters against the NBA Finals contending Dallas Mavericks, as well as scored 81 points...............all while taking "3-5 stupid shots a game"

Jordan on his "worst day" being 10x the player:rudy:

jordan was dropping 63 in playoff games against all-time great teams and averaging 41 points in NBA Finals...kobe doesnt even have a better Finals series than Dwyane Wade:mjlol:

the legacies of legends are solidified in the playoffs and NBA Finals, not in January regular season games against lottery teams

So what happened in 97 when 19 year old Kobe put up 33 points on 60% shooting, with no Shaq mind you, against Jordan/Pippen/Rodman/Kukoc?:sas1:

What imaginary box score is that? You mean the game where the Lakers lost by 21 to a Bulls team without Pippen?

MJ was icing his knees on the bench while Kobe was patting his stats in garbage time against Randy Brown :mjlol:
Also, it's funny how Kobe stans keep bringing up meaningless regular season games (even against the Raptors!)
People remember MJ mostly by what he did in the playoffs and finals.

Basketball expertise from youngins born in the mid-90s :mjlol:

Problem is I don't think ANYONE in this thread is saying Kobe is better then MJ, anyone saying that is insane, Kobe himself wouldn't say that...

The issue is, anyone agreeing with Reggie's salty comment of MJ worst day is 10x better then Kobe's best day, anyone that believes that is just insane, Reggie included.

Jordan is not a better shooter than Kobe period. you really should trying to use efficiency in your arguments...kobe has scored more points than Jordan from jumpshots, matter of fact Kobe's entire game has been centered around jumpers for the last decade. the fct Kobe is a better 3 point shooter pretty much means he's a better shooter, that's only logical but youre so blinded by efficiency you cant see that

Kobe being a better 3 point shooter doesn't make him a better shooter. Jordan is better everywhere from 24 FT and in plus better at every other aspect of basketball.

Jordan is better mid-range shooter.

Out here in my damn drawls
the "He played against the Raptors" argument is one of the worst in sports. there have been many of superstars to play against the Raptors and even worst teams that have failed to even crack 60...let alone 70..god forbid 80. Whenever someone uses that argument is exposes themselves as a true hater.

Not to mention them being down 18 and him taking over being doubled and tripled by NBA players and still shooting 60% (emphasis on "shooting")
