HOUSTON - Police say David Wilson, 33, admitted to them that he had a sexual relationship with his ex-girlfriend's daughter when she was just fourteen years old.
And they say she was not the only victim.
"During that confession, he also mentioned that he had sexual contact with numerous other people," said Officer Lee Donovan, Houston Police Department. "But he also wasn't descriptive on ages or names or locations or anything in that matter."
Prosecutors say the victims included an infant who was just 18-months old at the time of her assault.
Doctors at Memorial Hermann discovered the girl had Herpes, Chlamydia and HIV. When they ordered tests on all members of her household, they found Wilson had all three.
He is a relative who had been living with her family.
"He's stolen their innocence and who they could've been. Because now they're going to have that stigma with them and that condition," said Jeanette Perales, Houston Police Department.
"We'd encourage anybody who's had any kind of contact with this individual to maybe see about getting some private testing done," said Katie Warren, Harris County Assistant District Attorney.
Police say David Wilson was no stranger to sexual assault. He served time from 2005 to 2009 on a conviction and had registered as a sex offender.
But because the court did not place restrictions at the time on who he could be around, police say the state never found out he had access to kids.
His alleged 14-year-old victim now has HIV. She is also pregnant with his child who may have HIV too.
Police say Wilson claimed he did not know he had the virus until after doctors treated the infant.
On Friday, a judge denied bond and ordered him not to have contact with anyone under the age of 17.
