This "leak" (of the "glitch" subtype) apparently starts "simply in the world of repetition": remake of "Robbie Parker, father of girl killed at Sandy Hook, laughs off-air just before crying on air".
Both "leaks" belong to the same processing category: ignored by the mass media. In other words (and unlike for Snowden and Assange/Wikileaks): both meant to be processed only by the illuminati web of disinfo.
In this case as: 'Watch at the end, he says to the snowflake "It'll be ok" then the camera man or director laughs'.
Detail differences include:
Obama consultant served not graphically but as "audio only"; a pint of reverse in the crying time: immediately before rather then after laughing.
