I got a lil group chat wit sum guys I grew up wit/met thru the church

The church we go to posted a tribute story on IG from a girl who attends the church pretty much sayin the church saved her from Islam

I seen that shyt and it rubbed me the wrong way and I reposted it in the group chat and told em I didn’t think that was right to post especially during Ramadan

nikkas who replied to it gave me the And were in the mindset the church did nothing wrong and she’s just giving her testimony

Religion don’t be feelin kinda cultish to y’all sometimes? I love Jesus Christ but I don’t think you gotta undermine other religions to pump up yours

I just think its interesting that that is the context to her conversion. Its like the "greek deities" fleeing Greece to Egypt
