Relocating to east coast this summer(how soon should i look for a job)

So ive been looking for work in Philly and Delaware. With Baltimore a close 3rd. I dont want to relocate until the summer though. Im thinking right now is too early because when i fill out apps, it says when can you start? if i say June or July 2015. they may throw my app in the bushes
