  ATLANTA -- 11Alive News has learned new details critical to a rape case involving three Morehouse College students.

  According to two of the three defense attorneys for the accused Morehouse College students, the alleged victim's rape kit was rendered inconclusive and no forensic evidence was attained. The test results were returned on Wednesday.

  Attorney Keith Adams released a statement on Friday evening:
  
  "The information we've received indicated that forensic evidence does not show presence of male DNA. There is no forensic evidence proving this woman had sexual contact with anyone that night. That puts the case back to being a number of varying accounts with little possibility of the district attorney being able to prove anything conclusively."
  
  Adams is representing Malcolm Frank in this case. Adams said the alleged victim's toxicology report showed she had alcohol in her system, along with amphetamines "which are consistent with Molly."

  Attorney Jackie Patterson who represents Chukwudi Ndudikwa says he thinks the Fulton County DA should begin the process of formally dropping the charges pending against his client.
  
  Adams thinks the absence of DNA is the alleged victim's rape kit is a "significant" development in his clients defense.
  
  The suspects, Chukwudi Ndudikwa and Malcolm Frank and Tevin Mgbo, face charges ranging from rape to aggravated sodomy and reckless conduct after an alleged incident at the East Suites on March 8.
  
  The three suspects have not been indicted, at this time.
