yup...even when they got signed to a major they had their contracts structured to where they could release albums on their own independent labels whenever they felt like it...and they would drop 2-3 times more annually than what they dropped on the major...and those independent releases would move anywhere from 50k-200k units with every release...Paul & Juice would pocket most of the money...albums were 14-15 dollars back then tho.
