There's an Indian population in Jamaica. Jamaican Dancehall legend Supercat is part Indian for example. I think this is where the truth lies re ThreeLetterAgency. Him sayin that he's Jamaican doesn't preclude him from being Indian. It's a false dichotomy he uses to his benefit because a lot of people are unaware of the Indian sub-population in Jamaica.
