This song was played heavily on the radio when it first dropped to the point where it was annoying. As much as it was played, I never saw the video until about a decade after the song came out. When I saw this scene, I was like "nah, that ain't him". I still don't think it's him and it doesn't make sense because Pac dissed Lauryn and nobody ever really cleared the air about him going at The Fugees aside from the Vibe article and Lauryn's lines on "Ready or Not".
