The Dynasty album put Jay on out here in L.A., especially that Change The Game track, and the remix he did with Dogg Pound. Plus that's when he was hanging tough with Dr. Dre.

So when 9/11 came and he dropped the blueprint, we was banging it down Crenshaw blvd., and rolling Garcia Vega blunts like we was in Brooklyn.
