Rihanna because she seems more fun and outgoing. Outgoing women get noticed more. Beyonce seems boring, a convo with her would probably be boring and I don't think she'd have much to talk/joke about. Rih seems less serious and like she can take a joke, most people like people who are like that. Inner city black men don't usually like boring/ "shy"/ quiet women from what I've seen.
Beyonce would probably ignore all of you guys who try to talk to her while walking down the street. Rihanna would probably say hi back and laugh at you, she might talk to you if she thinks you're funny or if she's attracted.
