Rendered files vs original files FCPX?

Im having trouble in fcpx. Do i delete rendered files or the original files to save space, because its not letting me upload to youtube.

I never upload directly to YouTube from Final cut.
Export the video as a master file, select better quality and 24 FPS, save it to your desktop and from there upload it to YouTube.
