i see on the profile page it shows rep received but i dont see an option for rep given. is that somewhere on there or somewhere else?

does the rep reset at a certain time for everyone or is it based on when you repped the previous day? i know its 10 per day. im guessing if you do your first rep at say 10am and your second at 2pm, then the next day you can do one at 10am but not rep again til 2pm? its a max of 10 any 24hour period then. i owe some people.
Yeah, its based on when you repped the previous day. Your example is right.
