They would win less I think. This is based solely on Lebron requiring more space than Kobe to get to the lane due to the different styles driving. Lebron struggles at times with spacing when Bosh is low, imagine the difficulties with Shaq who built a house in the paint practically. He just didn't have the long ball like Kobe does and I think that hurts that Laker team more so because Bean as a shooter and in the post kept teams honest and in disarray in the defense of the two of them. Lebron had neither of those until much later in his career (still doesnt use the post offensively 10yrs in). A much stronger case can be made with Lebron now because he is a noticeably better shooter than he once was. They'd win more with Vet Bron but a young Kobe who would fully concede to Shaq and vice versa would ALSO win more rings so its a wash to me.

Thing is, I think the jumper Bron has now would have come to him earlier playing with Shaq. Shaq would have given him more opportunities to hit open jumpers earlier in his career. Not sure using the spacing thing you're doing would be an issue if he played with Shaq because Shaq's presence would have provided that to him. You're speaking on spacing minus a Shaq.

Shaq couldn't come to grips with the fact that it was becoming Kobe's team and so he threw a tempter tantrum. He woulda pulled the same shyt with Lebron. You think Lebron woulda cracked the whip and got Shaq to show up in shape?
As if it weren't painfully obvious from watching him on TNT Shaq doesn't like it when he isn't the focal point of everything.

Kobe has never shot above 47 percent. Lebron has done it every year except rookie season. Hes much better at putting the ball in the basket.

Shaq would clog the lane for brons drives. Bron also was inconsistent and sometimes poor perimeter shooter early in his career... Kobe was the perfect match for Shaq

2004 with lebron wasnt beating detroit. You guys need to watch the last two games of that series and witness kickouts to kareem rush and slava medvedenko as planned plays. That team was overrated as fukk.
