The bottom line here is, do the Cavs believe in their own talent?
If they do, they draft Embiid and go from there.
If they don't, they draft Parker, trade Dion, and then try restructuring a core around a perimeter-based team lead by Kyrie and Parker.
Do they have the balls to do what it takes to win championships, or do they go the safer route just looking for relevancy?
That's what it comes down to.
