I'm still waiting on what he officially comes out and says happened but based on this info it leads me to believe the police department didn't think many people would agree that he was justified in killing Mike Brown even from his perspective. I wonder if he made any calls to dispatch shortly before or during the incident? It seems to me if you were trying to apprehend someone who was resisting you would make a call for backup. I don't know about Missouri but here in Michigan it's standard during any traffic stop for a cop to call in backup even if its a routine ticket.
