I did. Automatic loan deductions are a terrible idea, especially considering how poorly the federal government handles deferment, IBR, and loan forgiveness programs.
Just shutter all of the for-profit schools. Close the bottom 30-40 law schools as well.

Or... they could cut federal funding to all for-profit schools, increase federal and state funding for college, and make all state schools free for anyone whose parents make below $125k.

New York has that.
Gov. Cuomo thought that was going to carry him into the White House..and it might, in 2024 (amazon deal falling through hurt him,though ahhahahah)

I'd be interested to see what impact the program in NY state has in the future.

In the wake of the Newark Riots, NJ created several college programs that people have taken advantage of to empower themselves and improve the community. People who were so inclined that is. I hope Black folks in New York are doing what they have to do
