If you have ever had to restrain someone as I had to many times in my old job, it is actually very difficult,and the less people you have to help ,the more likely someone is to get injured or even accidentally killed,because you have to use more force to restrain them.I always was gentle because I was worried about hurting them and ending up losing my job or in court. Even a small person not on controlled substances is hard enough. Just imagine a large man, who is psychotic or been taking drugs, this is why sometimes, someone ends up dead. I have had to restrain women with serious mental health issues , who would have torn ronda rousey apart in seconds.
