As I cruise through my timeline, there are many references to valentine's day & side chicks. Why has society given "the side chick" a voice? She has books written about her. Songs are written about her. Her name, her being stay in people mouth, in their writings, their thoughts & their post. It seems to me society gives "the side chick" unjustified recognition. If she is indeed the all the ugly, vile, disrespectful things people say she is STOP giving her a platform, a voice, a place. A side chick can NOT exist if your significant other, husband or boyfriend are not making her relevant. I have read more post about side chick this, side chick that than I have celebrating loving the wife. If Vday is a pagan, commercial holiday that has zero significance why worry about a side chicks role. Seems to me she plays a bigger role in society's daily life. STOP feeding the monster. Look in the mirror & gut check yourself. Ask why is the side chick, what she says or does playing a role in your world? IF you are the QUEEN you say you are then DO NOT acknowledge the side chick because in reality & truth your KING should not entertain the foolish that comes with a side chick! Just my two cent observation!!
