I had to return some stuff today, and the women in the store were so rude. They really act like it’s not the store’s money. It’s Macy’s got dammit. They get paid no matter what.

It does. It negatively effects the sales goals for the store and management cuts back on hours. The person who rung up the transaction also gets it negated from their stats which lowers their hours.
I remember my manager at Best Buy being heated when someone tried to return a $4k purchase. Tried to get them to go to the original store they purchased it from.

She and the manager were white. But I hate to admit it’s the same across the board with all races. And I used to work retail.Whar ethnicity was the sales associate?
