Revenge of the Sith is easily the 2nd best movie in the Stah Wahs franchise and they should remake..

Those prequels were trash compared to the originals.

The Jedi not noticing Palpatine's obvious scheming right under their noses
...and only sending a few dudes to arrest him in the dead of night by themselves with no witnesses
Palpatine pledging to continue the war as long as Grievous is alive, then immediately telling the Jedi where he is
Those soul calibur videogame lightsaber duels that don't even attempt to look like they're trying to actually hit each other

To be fair, III is stronger than the first two--there's no horrible love story, Jar Jar doesn't talk, and the only kids in the movie get murked. But it's still nowhere near as good as the OG's. (as much as I didn't care for the Ewoks or the way Boba Fett went out in Jedi)

Also no one on the Jedi council ever dealt with a Sith before so they felt sending a few Jedi Masters would be enough and normally they would be right but Palpatine was very strong in the dark side of the Force.

I get what you're saying here. But there's a big issue with this point: If Palpatine is using the force to cloud everyone's judgement, does it have a range? How come it doesn't wear off when the Jedi are all off fighting on other planets? At some point, they have to be like when they leave Coruscant and realize what's really going on. And why not arrest Palpatine during the daytime, where there are witnesses? That way he'd either have to go quietly or risk exposing who he really is to the public. Or they can simply tell him that his term is up. If he tries to lobby for more power at that point, he's going to look suspect. Or they can have blood tests done on everyone. Once they see his midichlorian count, it's a wrap.

Like the police or FBI, they aren't going to wait till the daytime when they can arrest their suspect sooner. Palpatine could've got the heads up if they waited hours and they didn't know if he had a contingency plan if he got found out (which turned out to be Order 66)
