RFK has no medical background, expertise or experience. why anyone would listen to him when it comes to matters of health is beyond me. this guy is clueless. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years in a non-clinical capacity, and even I'm more qualified than he is.
Exactly. But it has legs, instead of saying this he hears anecdotal evidence and runs with it like it's facts. There is a link between high sugar consumption and schizophrenia and there are case studies that have shown a ketogenic diet to have aided in long-term remission of schizophrenic patients. But clinical trials are yet to definitively prove that to be the case. So his claims are largely erroneous (as are most of his claims). Dude is a crackpot and shouldn’t have the platform he does. He epitomizes this kakistocracy fukkery we live under.
Anecdotal. Not clinical, and not peer reviewed scientifically. There are studies on this. I don't like Kennedy but what he saying does have scientific proof.
