I think the RG3 hate is simple. RG3 is a dorky nice guy who was raised a devout christian in a military household. As far as black folks go, you couldn't get any safer background wise. As far as his game, when healthy he has pinpoint accuracy and a elite arm. Could make all the throws and has quick release.

Dude shot up outta nowhere and carried his team down the stretch last year and won rookie of the year. There were no holes in his image or his game. He was crowned the next big thing in December (before Kap became it in January) and SIMPLY because he was on top of the mountain, everyone wants to "take him down a peg" . Media just started hurling random negative press his way till the diva/arrogant one stuck (anybody remember the baylor bbal story? Or the groupie RG3 was "cheating" on his wife with a day after his wedding?) while the crabs here ran with cornball brother and that Mcnabb shyt.

people were just waiting for him to struggle. he was lights out and carried a poor team last year, but now that he is the criticism is tripling yet I still haven't got a rational reason for why people hate dude so hard.
