can someone whose followed the situation closely, inform me on why their miscommunication or perceived beef has led to the breakup of one of the most exciting rap duos in the last 10 years


The amount of incredible music these two made together was beyond impressive (impressive being an understatement).

If this is the reason we're going to be kept from having these two make more new music it's a shame.. And the fact that Bryan Williams is being cited is also sad.

2015 has been an amazing year for hip hop music and still the biggest detractor from is Bryan Williams. He's successfully managed to ruin Lil Wayne's Carter V and he's sabatoged a great thing with RHQ & Thug.


Rich Gang Volume 1 is a great duo project from two hungry up and coming artists. No disrespect to Future & Drizzy but that Rich Gang tape is how you do it

Quan isn't with TIG anymore. Thug and Quan go back to ICFN days well before Bird. Not buying this.

Thug has reached out to Quan. My guess is its over women and money.

The duo disbanding made me appreciate RG VOL. 1 moreso today than upon release time.



It's beautiful music. The producers didn't just give us that redundant trap sound... its a wide landscape of aural flavor and distinctive beats and melodies unlike anything coming out from the A... or for rap altogether for that matter.
