If the person who I had this hypothetical child with is too stupid/greedy to see that the child would have a better life living with me and still fights for primary custody then the childs lifestyle management is on her to keep up with, not melet's say u are married with a son. you get a job making 5x as much and move to a better neighborhood. are u going to make your son stay in the old neighborhood and just u move to the better one?
why wouldn't your child's life improve when yours does?
